When preparing an order, AK receives the details you submit (name, phone number, optional email), delivery address, selected items and information needed to fulfil the order. Contact form messages and the cart stored locally on your device are also used.
This information is used to respond to requests, confirm order details, prepare items and arrange shipping. The site does not offer customer accounts.
Order data and messages are processed by Supabase to operate the site. Information needed for delivery may be shared with the selected carrier after your order is confirmed. Price, payment and delivery are finalized via WhatsApp.
AK will set retention periods according to its obligations and operational needs. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact us below.
The site uses browser local storage to remember your cart. No public customer account is created. Analytics tools are activated only if AK adds tracking IDs in the site settings.
